I am a NY State licensed psychotherapist and I’m passionate about helping moms (like myself!) learn practical strategies to deal with challenges that come with motherhood.
I am the owner of Mother Nurture Therapy. I specialize in prenatal and postpartum support, pregnancy loss and miscarriage, fertility challenges and birth trauma. My approach is based on your strengths and I am collaborative. I will help you develop long-lasting coping skills that will improve your motherhood experience.
Let’s be honest: Motherhood can often feel like martyrdom but it doesn’t have to be. Taking care of yourself is not selfish and I’m so glad you consider including me in this journey!
